We have extended our returns period for this holiday season, any purchases made between 11/01/26 and 12/15/26 can be returned until 01/15/27.
All returns must be logged in our returns portal and sent back with the completed returns form in the package. You will receive a shipping label to download and print.
We charge a flat fee of $6.00 per order for all returns. This will automatically be deducted from your refund amount.
