Pointe shoes should fit perfectly and never leave room for growth, so in order to ensure they support feet precisely and comfortably, we recommend getting fitted by our professional fitters before you buy a new pair of pointe shoes. We recommend choosing two sizes down from your women's street shoe size. For Tween/youth we recommend choosing the same size as your street shoe size.

Returns:
All returns must be logged in our returns portal and sent back with the completed returns form in the package. You will receive a shipping label to download and print.
We charge a flat fee of $6.00 per order for all returns. This will automatically be deducted from your refund amount.
