Ladies Split Flex Leather Character Shoes

This is my second pair I've purchased! I got my first pair for Christmas seven years ago. They lasted me through the end of my BFA, my first professional contract, and beyond. Unfortunately, the strap finally broke on our final dress rehearsal of my most recent show. I like that these shoes are flexible - perfect dancing. There is lack of ankle support. I ordered a 6.5, which is my street size, and it fit great. My only complaint is that I had hoped it would come in earlier, but it's fine; I have them for our final two weekends of our show, and for upcoming projects. I ordered my normal size 7.5, which turned out to be too small. So i wanted to exchange it for size 8.
First of all you can’t bring the return to store.
They dont provide the return label in the box., ir peint it at home. You can not register the return online through their website- though it is a common practice in most e-stores. All they do is give you the return address, and obviously they’re not responsible for the merchandise until it reaches their facility. I had to go to the post office, figure out what service to use… I paid ~$25 to send it back, and this was the cheapest trackable option by USPS (which is not ideal, i usually prefer UPS, but it was way more expensive).
The product itself might have been good, however I expected a little better quality from Bloch, it smelled as very cheap leather and dyes, but overall probably usable, but at this point not sure i will give size 8 a chance…

The shoes are great! The One only issue I had was that the sizing guide suggested that as an adult I size up half a size so they are actually a little bigger than I wish they were. I should have ordered my actual shoe size 8 instead. I didn’t have a lot of time to return and exchange for my accurate size. So, I purchased some backing gels to fill in the gaping in the back but otherwise the shoes and quality is perfect. I will be ordering again.
