How do I return my order to BLOCH?

We accept returns of items purchased on us.blochworld.com within 30 days of receipt. 

All returns must be logged in our returns portal and sent back to us with the returns form in the package. You will receive a shipping label to download and print. This should be used to send your package back to us in all instances. 

We charge a flat return fee of $6.00 per order. This will automatically be deducted from your refund amount.

What items can I return?

Full Priced merchandise or merchandise discounted up to 20% off, can be returned for a full refund. 

Final Sale merchandise discounted at 21% off or more is final sale and is non-returnable.

For hygiene reasons, all Tights & Underwear are non-returnable.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

What do I do if an item in my order is defective?

If you have received defective merchandise please go to our Returns Portal and add your details. You will be asked to describe the defects and provide photos showing the defects. We will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The fine print

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive your return. Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 14 business days. You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been completely processed. 

All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping/handling and return label charges are non-refundable.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. 

In all cases, the returned items must be in their original "shelf-ready" condition which includes tags and any packaging. 

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
