We have opened our Oak Park store and hope to open our New York store as soon as possible. However, our priority is first and foremost on protecting your health and wellbeing as you shop with us. We will also be operating with reduced hours. These hours may extend over the coming weeks; therefore, we recommend you please check our website for updates.
LIMITED NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS IN STORE
There will be a limit to the number of customers in-store at any one time to guarantee social distancing and we will have clear markers in place.
PROTECTING YOU AND OUR STAFF
All of our store teams will be equipped with our Bloch B-Safe face masks and we will use gloves during shoe fittings and when handling any cash or steaming clothing.
OUR FITTING ROOMS
Changing rooms in our stores will be temporarily closed. Our in store returns policy is 60 days and we encourage customers to purchase and try on at home. A sanitisation process will be followed for all products that are both tried on in-store and returned. Returns will be steamed and quarantined for 72hrs.
HAND SANITISING STATIONS
We are providing easy-to-use hand sanitising stations in all stores and every area will be regularly and thoroughly sanitised.
Frequently touched areas including all surfaces will be regularly disinfected throughout the day.
EASY PAYMENT OPTIONS
Contactless payment is available in all stores. Our card machines and till areas will be sanitised after every use.
POINTE SHOE FITTINGS
Pointe shoe fittings will be by appointment only. Please contact your local BLOCH store by email to make an appointment. When you arrive at the store for your appointment, we ask that you wear a mask and that you bring your own toe pads. We can also provide you with toe pads if needed.
Staff members will remove the shoes from either the box or plastic bag and place the shoes on the floor or seating area for you to pick up and put on yourself.
With the guidance and fitting advice from our professional fitters, we will then help you make your own assessment regarding sizing and fit.
If further assistance is required, we will do our best to comply with social distancing and make sure both our customers and staff are comfortable with the request.
